Required Supplies

Do you have all your supplies? Use this checklist to be sure you're not missing anything you'll need!

1. Paints & Brushes I have a huge crush on any paints by Studio Calico, Golden and Liquitex, but these are just my favorites. Feel free to experiment with cheap paints first and if this is something you enjoy and feel confortable with, I highly recommend to buy semi-pro acrylic paints for better results. Good paint brushes are a must too : cheap ones loose their hair on your work, which can add extra texture but doesn’t look great!
2. Paper Heavy cardstock, cardboard or watercolor paper will be perfect for your scrapbook projects as they are thick and won’t move when you add paint and water.
3. Kraft Sheet This will allow you to protect your desk from the paint and even to create fun patterns. Plus, it’s so easy to clean : grab an old credit card and scratch the surface when the paint is dry! Awesome!
4. Pen The Fude Ball pen is a great one!
5. And most of all.... ...a willingness to experiment, try new things, make mistakes and PLAY! Don’t fear the mistakes: experiment, try new color palettes and enjoy!
