Required Supplies

Do you have all your supplies? Use this checklist to be sure you're not missing anything you'll need!

1. Sketchbook or Paper You'll need either a sketchbook or loose paper, white is preferred. I recommend using a heavier weight paper, such as a mixed media sketchbook like I'm using, to keep the ink and marker from bleeding through.
2. Ink Pen I use a PaperMate Flair pen for most of my doodling, but you are free to use whatever type of pen you are most comfortable with. Black ink and a thin tip work best for this class.
3. Pencil & Eraser If you are more comfortable starting your doodling with a pencil and eraser, grab your favorites to have nearby! I love using happy patterned mechanical pencils when I draw, and a separate eraser which works much better than the pencil tip variety.
4. Alcohol Markers In this class, I use Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. They provide the ability to blend colors and are budget friendly. Feel free to use other brands based on your preferences!
