Do you have all your supplies? Use this checklist to be sure you're not missing anything you'll need!
Papers/Canvases/Art Journal
You need a surface to work on. I'd highly recommend some nice mixed media paper or bristol board that can handle a heavy hand of paint.
Acrylic Paints
Any brand and type of acrylics will work great for this class. Quality doesn't really matter.
Gesso
It's always a goo idea to prep your surface with gesso so that you have a smooth place to work on.
Paintbrushes
I'd recommend avoiding expensive paintbrushes while working with acrylics cause the paint can dry on your brush and ruin it if you forget to clean it. I like inexpensive or student grade brushes in various shapes and sizes but you can definitely use whatever you have on hand.
