Do you have all your supplies? Use this checklist to be sure you're not missing anything you'll need!

Stamps-background Large background images that can stamp entire card stock panels that will fit a card stock base. Many creative possibilities and uses.

Stamps-images Choose stamp images that have openings that can be colored in. Also, choose sentiments that will work for your cards.

Inks: Dye-Based Dye-based inks are formulated for inking backgrounds on card stock and they react with water.

Inks: Pigment Pigment inks stay wetter longer, allowing you to work with them longer.

Inks: Watermark Watermark ink is a clear ink that when stamped, brings out the tone of the card stock. It also stays wetter longer, making it a great ink to use for heat embossing.

Embossing powder These powders come in a variety of colors. Choose the detailed versions, as the particles are smaller, bringing out smaller details, once heat set.

Heat embossing tool This tool is used for heat setting embossing powders, once they have been applied to stamped images. It is also helpful for speed drying inks and paints.

Embossing folders Choose any size. Pick your favorite.

Stencils Choose any size. Pick your favorite design.

Mini Ink Blending Tool and Foam Applicator pads The Mini Ink Blending Tool and foam pads makes adding ink to card stock to create backgrounds easier. They also work well for inking through stencils. You will need a new pad for each ink color.

Sand paper Fine gauge sand paper. The finer, the better. Used for a technique with embossing stencils.

Papers-card stock, patterned paper, acetate, vellum Basic card stock and your favorite patterned papers. Vellum sheets. Acetate sheets are available as transparencies at office supply stores, but keep in mind, you cannot use a heat embossing tool on them. Look for acetate sheets made for heat embossing and crafting.

Paint Craft paint. Can be used on many surfaces. Choose your favorite colors.

Foam brush Use to paint mediums. Inexpensive and disposable.

Markers Distress Markers, Copic, Tombo, or even Crayola will work.

Felt 100% Wool Felt die cuts the smoothest, but any craft felt will work.

Wood veneer-sheets and shapes Wood veneer sheets come in different wood tones and thicknesses. Some sheets are adhesive backed. Wood veneer shapes come pre-cut and are thicker.

Cork Cork sheets come in various thicknesses and some sheets are adhesive backed. Thinner sheets will work better for die cutting.
