I also mostly hand write my journaling, which I think is faster than typing it out. I was going to time myself and I completely forgot! I think it probably took me about 30 minutes, because it felt like I got it done rather quickly, at least for me. I was trying not to overthink things and keep it simple. I think that helped me get it done faster than I normally scrap.
