I wanted to use colours that would normally sit in my stash and occasionally might be incorporated as an accent colour. This time they are going to be the base of my colour scheme.

As such, I made two colour combinations that I plan to build my kit from for this course. I used a colour wheel to help guide me in picking colours and within the wheel decided on whether I wanted my papers to have a \'tint\', which is white based, or have a \'shade\' which is black based. FYI, I\'m reading from my colour wheel, I didn\'t know that information before doing this process. In case you are interested, a \'tone\' base consists of grey.

Kit #01 - For this colour combination I went with a \'Split Complementary\' choice with a tint. My colours are Red-Violet (base choice) plus Green plus Yellow.

Kit #02 - For this colour combination I went with a \'Triad\' choice with a combination of tint and shade. My colours are Green (base choice) plus Orange plus Violet.

Both kit colour combinations will be challenging for me, but I\'m up for it.

Fiona Maxwell @filoma

Canberra, Australian Capital Territory Australia

Project Made In: Kits from Your Stash

</use>

3

"; $("#gallery-dialog").data('gallery-id', 1426).attr('data-gallery-id', 1426).dialog('close').html(gallery); window.picturefill(); $(".timeago").timeago(); $("#gallery-dialog").dialog("open"); // History.pushState(null, "", "/galleries/1426-colour-combinations-kit-01-and-kit-02")
