So happy you are trying to add some more journaling! I love that it captures more details about the photos too. One thing I did last year when I used it more was to do a Design A on the left so I had some bigger 4x6 photos and then the Design F on the right to use more Collect photos. I really liked that style too. Then you can incorporate both. I really like the visual design of the script and the patterned filler cards too. Both are great layouts! Happy you liked the class!!

</use>
0

</use> Reply

0 Replies

Sign in or sign up to comment.

Around Here

Uploaded 06/20/2016

Okay...so this class has been really great for me. I already use the Project Life App a lot, love to edit photos using PicTapGo, and have been working on a photo a day project this year. This layout is going to be my "photo-a-day" for June 20...I was inspired to take some photos of everyday, random "AROUND HERE" objects while I sat in my grandma\'s kitchen. I also tried both the Collect app, and A Color Story app. There was a learning curve to both (but thanks to your tips I was able to troubleshoot fairly easily), and I\'m extremely pleased with the result. I definitely plan to use both apps in the future. In the end, this layout is much more simple in design than I would usually create {I\'ll post one of my previous PL digital layouts as well, just for comparison}, and the Collect app enabled me to journal more than I probably would regularly. Thanks for forcing me to step out of my box and try some new things. I feel the tips & tricks I learned in this class will be easily applied on future projects.

Lindsy Cummings @lindsycummings

AB, Canada

Project Made In: Mobile Memory Keeping

</use>

5

"; $("#gallery-dialog").data('gallery-id', 2539).attr('data-gallery-id', 2539).dialog('close').html(gallery); window.picturefill(); $(".timeago").timeago(); $("#gallery-dialog").dialog("open"); // History.pushState(null, "", "/galleries/2539-around-here")
