Diabetic people have a hard life than an average normal person. This is almost an incurable disease. You can control your glucose level but you cannot eliminate diabetes. There are many precautions that can help you in maintaining a good level of sugar in your blood and help you eliminate its side effects. Often diabetic people have got problems with their lower parts as foot or legs. You should consult your doctor before starting any exercise. He can suggest exercises, which suit your conditions.Then you should have some protection over your feet and legs. You can wear some cotton socks to protect them. You should warm pretty well before starting your work out and also properly cool down after the work out. Drink water more than normal persons as some people suffer from kidney problem due to diabetic. You can avoid that by using water in excess.
