Dragon fruit is a lovely tropical fruit with a somewhat delicious flesh. It is also a nutritious powerhouse. The name "dragon fruit" refers to the fruit's scales' pointed appearance (or some might say an artichoke). Dragon fruit typically has pink exterior and white meat, but there are also red, purple, and even yellow-fleshed types available (the latter has a yellow skin to match). Like a kiwi, they all have tiny delicious black seeds. The luscious fruit known as dragon fruit has gained popularity in recent years. Many people are familiar with this fruit because of its distinctive form and flavour, but physicians and other evidence make it obvious that it may also be used to improve health and treat certain disorders.Dragon fruit may be grown readily from seed or cuttings. Put some pulp from the seed-growing process onto the paper towel, keep it moist in a warm location, but keep it out of direct sunlight. Punnets of seeds will develop after two to three weeks.
