"Amruth Apartments" is a 2021 Kannada movie directed by M. D. Sridhar and produced by Jayanna Combines. The film stars Shivarajkumar, Nithya Menen and Prakash Rai in the lead roles. The music is composed by V Harikrishna while the cinematography is handled by Ramesh Babu. The story of "Amruth Apartments" revolves around three characters - Amruth (Shivarajkumar), his wife Bhoomi (Nithya Menen) and father-in-law Appaiah (Prakash Rai). While Amruth is an unemployed youth who stays at home all day long, Bhoomi works hard to support her husband and father-in-law. Due to financial constraints, Appaiah has to rent out a portion of his house as an apartment complex which he rents out to tenants at a very high price. When Amruth comes across this information, he hatches a plan with Bhoomi to take over the complex so that they can get it on rent from Appaiah at a much lower price than what he's currently charging tenants. What follows next forms the rest of the story... Overall, I thought "Amrut Apartment" was an average movie with good performances from Shivaraj Kumar, Nithya Menon and Prakash Rai . The story was simple yet interesting enough to hold my attention till the end . I would give this movie 3/5 stars."
