I love this!! I adore this pic and adore this way of documenting and playing. It's so tactile and fun. This will be a treasure! That pic!! Triple heart love!!

Tara McKernin has a new class out that has a moleskine / TN type project. It's for her son but you could easily use some of the ideas in your own notebook. http://www.bigpictureclasses.com/classes/30-day-project-teens.
