Journaling in Your Memory Planner
Planner Memories
I use a bound book as my planner, so most (all?) of my added photos and other items will be tip-ins. Immediately after watching Lesson 2, I broke out a little tin of washi tape and got going. I've never used washi tape until now!
I've already added to my planner some photos and mini-journaling about a new planner cover, our new grill and first meal cooked on it, and a baby shower invitation--added during the week the babies--twin boys!--were born.
Things I love most about this lesson:
Finally using washi tape!
My planner is pretty spare and utilitarian, but this will help me jazz it up--what fun!
I love that this is memory-keeping I can do while updating my planner!

This was a invitation to my niece's baby shower, and I had saved it for a few months, wanting to keep it somehow. Thanks to this class, I knew what to do with it. As you'll see in the later photo, I added a photo of the boys!

I tipped in this photo of a friend and I on a bike ride, but it looked a little blah, so I paper-clipped the pretty thank-you card from a friend to give it a little pizzazz.
As you can see, my planner is pretty basic--mostly pencil, occasional colored pen headings, and a sticker here and there. So I like how the photos and other memorabilia give it some color and other visual interest. Plus...easy memory keeping!
